CPP 2010 INTERNATIONAL LGBT BUSINESS CONFERENCE
Together with the IGLCC 3rd ANNUAL CONGRESS
The Company Pride Platform Foundation (CPP) and the International Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (IGLCC) cordially invite you to participate in the CPP’s 4th annual conference which is being held together with the IGLCC’s 3rd Annual Congress in Amsterdam, the Netherlands on June 9th through the 11th.
Both organizations are working in close partnership to stage a single international event covering the most up to date LGBT business topics. This extraordinary event will include renowned speakers from the corporate world, the public sector including representatives from the Dutch government and the EU, and the international LGBT business community.
Program:
An evening welcoming cocktail on June 9th at the Sofitel Grand Hotel will be followed on June 10th by a full day of seminars, presentations and networking events (held at the Bimhuis and the Muziekgebouw aan t’IJ) that all share the common theme of “Taking International LGBT Business Leadership and Visibility to a Higher Level”. Panel topics include:
International outlook for LGBT organizations
Trans issues in business
Global LGBT corporate responsibility
Leveraging the LGBT community for innovation in business
The LGBT business case: the role of LGBT employee groups
As a special highlight, the winner of the IGLCC’s 2010 Index for the most LGBT-friendly corporation in the world will be announced at a press conference before lunch. The day’s closing cocktail will be held at the fabulous Muziekgebouw aan t’IJ Foyer overlooking the city. On June 11th, the conference will continue at the Bimhuis Auditorium with sessions covering the specific topics of:
International lesbian business initiatives
Feedback session on the IGLCC International Business Equality Index
and after a break of several hours the day concludes with the IGLCC Annual Awards and gala dinner at the Sofitel Grand Hotel in the presence of local and international dignitaries.
