The Company Pride Platform Announces the Declaration of Amsterdam

After 5 years of being a general advocate for change, the Company Pride Platform (CPP) will begin to concentrate on real, measurable improvement in the workplace for lesbians, gay men, bisexuals and transgender employees (LGBT). To support this, the CPP is announcing the Declaration of Amsterdam in which employers, employees, unions, and governments are called upon to work together to develop a measurable benchmark for a gay-friendly workplace. The declaration will be announced on 1 July 2011 at the CPP’s 5th International LGBT Business Conference and is directed to all employers, employees, unions and governments in Europe.
