12-04-2011: CPP Selected for 2011 Canal Parade

For the 3rd year in a row, CPP will have it's own boat at the annual Boat Parade at Amsterdam Pride. ProGay, the organizing committee of Amsterdam Pride, made sure the CPP boat would be part of the Parade by giving CPP a wild-card. Another sign of recognition that CPP is an important part of the LGBT community in Amsterdam and the Netherlands.

The CPP Boat is organized by a number of CPP member companies. By sailing together, these companies showcase the message that Being Out @ Work simply works better. Being at the parade is not about product-placement, but to show that all these companies are proud of their LGBT employees. It shows that being LGBT in a professional environment is possible.

The 2011 CPP Boat is made possible by the contribution of CPP members American Express, Cisco, IBM, KPN, Philips, PWC, Shell and UWV. The Boat Parade will take place on Saturday August 6.
